As a general rule, we do not send credit card receipts for security reasons. We will keep the usage statement sent to you by your credit card company. Depending on your usage status, you may be asked to change to another payment method. If you pay by credit card, we will authorize your card on our website at the time of ordering. Please note that unless this approval is obtained, the use of the card and the order will not be confirmed. Cash on delivery (a system where you pay in cash at the door when the product is delivered) is not supported.

3. 关于发货 About delivery

中国大陆集运标准流程周期参考:

1. 商品在我司入库进行排期。排期无法估算,必须根据具体情况进行灵活调整,尽快发出。因本店的商品为零售货物,需拼成一批货物才能发出。(我们会尽快,因为我司也不希望货物积压)
出现合适的货期的时候,我们会花费一周时间完成货物寄送前所需的相关文件,然后根据刀型、刃长、进行打包,并安排合适的渠道成批发出。

2. 于我司正式出库阶段。我司会安排快递公司即FedEx、UPS或者日本邮局前来收件。顺利的情况之下,国际物流至少耗时一个月,到达海关后,通关时间因各方面因素缘故,极为难以估计,保守估计为1~2周,通关后,需要通过陆运,花费1周左右抵达国内仓库。
3. 国内仓库入库阶段。在通关的时候,我司就会花一周左右准备货物相关文件提供给国内仓库的负责人,国内仓管收到货物信息后,会进行报关、缴税、接收、入库等一些列手续。货物通过陆运抵达之后,仓库人员将开始分拣,对照各位客户的个人信息,并安排发出。此阶段的耗时,随货量大小而变化,无法准确估算,一般在一周左右。同时中国大陆范围内的发送,因会受到相关节日活动、负面新闻或各种不可抗力的影响,货物有可能在此阶段停滞。各位需耐心等待各自地区或全国性的大型活动或节日结束。

我们可以把商品直邮寄送到您的国家,2把厨刀的标准邮费为6000日元。如果厨刀数量超过3把,或内容物中包含较重的其它物品如磨刀石,就需要继续追加邮费。(如果您购买的是厨刀,则中国大陆无法直邮,需要使用本店的标准流程进行成批直邮)

We can ship the products directly to your country. The standard shipping cost for two kitchen knives is 6,000 Japanese Yen. If the number of kitchen knives exceeds three, or if the shipment includes heavier items like sharpening stones, additional shipping fees will apply.

4. 国内仓库出库阶段。使用物流发出您的商品,以陆运速度抵达您的收货地址。(会通过微信向您发送快递单号)
5. 到货,验收。请尽量确认包装完好再进行签收。最后一公里,需要你的协力把关,收到单号后,如果长时间未到货,请及时联系确认我们。因为订单比较多,我们很难一单单去跟踪,所以需要劳烦各位帮忙把把关。若货物丢失,且很久以后才发现的话,就很难查到找到丢失物件了。条件允许的话,尽量验货后再签收,及时发现问题,可以第一时间退回仓管处进行处理。谢谢您的合作。

  • 我们可以把商品邮寄给您,2把厨刀的标准邮费为6000日元。

    中国大陆以外的收货地址将使用直邮的方式进行邮送。
    在您下单之后,我们会确认到账情况,在正式确认已到账之后,我们才会进行正式发送准备。
    国际运输的时间不会太久,主要影响到货时间的是各地方不同速率的清关速度。
    如果您所在的地方只允许使用船运进行邮送,则需要比较长的时间才能到达。
    请您耐心等候。

    After you place an order, we will confirm the receipt of payment.
    We will only start preparing the shipment once we have officially confirmed that the payment has been received.
    The time for international shipping is generally not too long, but the main factor affecting delivery time is the varying speed of customs clearance in different regions.
    If your location only allows shipping by sea, it may take a longer time to arrive.

  • 若果商品是以邮寄的方式到达,到货后拆封时请务必全程拍摄录像以确保您是在收到商品的一刻商品已经出现了瑕疵、缺陷或损伤,
    如果您发现商品出现了无法接受的损伤或反常的瑕疵,请遵循以下的退货指引,并及时与本店取得联络。
    并且在收到商品后三天之内提出您的退货要求及原因。 收到商品三天后本店将无法提供任何形式上的退货退款。
    在购买后,如出现如下情况: 1. 购买后,对货物的款式、形状、颜色、纹路或尺寸等不满意 2. 因缺乏实际经验,进行过度想象,后觉得实际跟想象不一样,或是下错单 3. 家人不同意购买 4. 因冲动消费而后悔 5. 突然急需一笔资金 6. 已经使用过 7. 在您手上产生的污损、伤痕等 8. 商品签收超过3天 因以上等原因出现需要退货处理的情况,本店一律无法进行退货退款处理。 请于购入商品时及完成订单之前对以上的情况进行慎重考虑。 具体请参考《特定商业交易法》

    If the product is delivered by mail, please ensure to record a video during the entire unboxing process to confirm that any defects, faults, or damage were present from the moment you received the product.
    If you find unacceptable damage or abnormal defects in the product, follow the return instructions below and contact our store promptly. Please make your return request and state the reason within three days of receiving the product.
    After three days of receiving the product, our store will not provide any form of returns or refunds.
    If the following situations occur after purchase: 1. Dissatisfaction with the style, shape, color, pattern, or size of the goods after purchase. 2. Overactive imagination leading to a perception that the actual product differs from what was imagined. Or in case of placing the wrong order. 3. Disagreement with family members regarding the purchase. 4. Regret due to impulsive buying. 5. Suddenly needing funds. 6. Already used. 7. Damages such as stains or scratches that occurred while in your possession. 8. Product received more than 3 days ago. For any of the above reasons or similar circumstances that require a return, our store strictly does not process returns or refunds.
    We strongly advise you to carefully consider these factors before making a purchase or completing an order.

    日本厨刀的锻冶技术是由传统的日本刀发展而来,因此日本的厨刀拥有较高的锋利度和硬度,在切割、分割方面的表现十分优秀,拥有优秀的切割能力。
    且日本的日常生活中所购买到的食材包括鱼肉、鸡肉、牛肉和猪肉等,多数已经是被处理为纯肉的状态,因此除了鱼骨和部分软骨之外,在日本的多数料理场景中,极少会出现需要砍、剁的情况。
    因此,日本的厨刀多数不是设计于砍剁时使用,所以请不要尝试切割或砍冷冻食物和骨头,以免造成刃口破损。

    There is no such thing as an absolutely versatile knife that can cut everything.
    The forging technology of Japanese kitchen knives has evolved from the traditional Japanese sword, giving these knives superior sharpness and hardness, making them excellent in cutting and slicing.
    The ingredients commonly bought in daily life in Japan, such as fish, chicken, beef, and pork, are mostly processed into pure meat, so there is rarely a need for chopping or cleaving in most Japanese cooking scenarios.
    Therefore, Japanese kitchen knives are generally not designed for chopping and cleaving, so it is advised not to try cutting or chopping frozen food and bones to avoid damaging the blade.

    想要尽可能地提高日本厨刀(特别是传统的片刃/单刃厨刀)的锋利度,十分建议您使用日本的磨刀石对刀刃进行研磨。
    日本厨刀所使用的钢材(特别是碳素钢)多数是由日本专门的钢材厂为厨刀而研发、制造的刃物钢,通过砥石的研磨后,可以获得更为良好的切割感。
    这种效果,在使用磨刀器、磨刀棒等方法的情况下,是会有所减退的。

    To maximize the sharpness of Japanese kitchen knives (especially traditional single-bevel knives), it is highly recommended to use Japanese whetstones for sharpening the blades.
    The steel used in Japanese kitchen knives (particularly carbon steel) is often developed and manufactured by specialized steel factories in Japan specifically for cutlery.
    Sharpening with a whetstone can achieve a better cutting sensation. This effect tends to diminish when using knife sharpeners or sharpening rods.

  • 请不要将刀具放入自动洗碗机中进行清洗。(这个建议是基于刀柄使用寿命去考虑的,经常用洗碗机去洗,必然会导致刀柄的使用寿命大大缩短。而不是说刀本身无法承受进入自动洗碗机中)

    Please refrain from using a dishwasher machine to clean the knife. (This advice primarily considers the longevity of the knife handle. Frequent dishwashing can significantly reduce its lifespan.)

    从实际角度而言,厨刀的实用性,对于新生家庭、新入伙的家庭而言,价值非常高。

  • 想要让厨刀的锋利度长久保持其实有一个很重要但很容易被忽略的因素:案板。
    非常不建议您使用硬木、不锈钢、玻璃等制成的高硬度案板,这样不仅会让厨刀的锋利度瞬间直线下滑,且容易损伤刀刃。
    建议您使用有护刀效果的案板,如日本长谷川合成案板,能有效延长您的厨刀的锋利持久度以及使用寿命。

    To maintain the sharpness of a kitchen knife for a longer period, there’s an important but often overlooked factor: the cutting board.
    It is highly discouraged to use cutting boards made of hard woods, stainless steel, glass, or other hard materials, as these can rapidly diminish the sharpness of the knife and may damage the blade.
    It’s recommended to use cutting boards that are knife-friendly, such as the Hasegawa synthetic cutting board from Japan, which can effectively extend both the sharpness and the lifespan of your kitchen knife.

使用银华刃物时,只要注册成为会员,就可以顺利下单,无需每次都输入顾客信息。注册会员费和年费均免费。

您也可以在不注册会员的情况下订购。

By registering as a member when using Ginka Knives, you will be able to order smoothly without having to enter customer information each time. Admission fee and annual fee are free.

You can also order without registering as a member.
